If you are new to Pilates, please choose from Our Mat or Reformer session to get started. You are free to choose from any of our classes, each class is designed for all levels.

Once you decide which class pack/membership you would like to begin with, Arketa will direct you to a list of class options.

Visit our FAQ page to review what all is required (grippy socks, etc.) and follow your welcome email instructions once you have booked your class.

Arrive to the studio 5 minutes before class start time and check in with us at the Tablet Station then You are all set from there. Walk in and enjoy class!!

First-Time Pilates Client Checklist


  • Wear Grippy Socks
    Grippy socks are required for class—bring your own or purchase in the studio.


  • Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early
    Give yourself time to check in, get oriented, and settle in before class begins.


  • Bring Water
    Stay hydrated! A water bottle is always a good idea.


  • Wear Comfortable, Fitted Clothing
    Choose clothing that allows you to move freely and helps instructors see your form.


  • Let Your Instructor Know If You're New
    They’ll guide you through the basics and offer modifications as needed.


  • Inform Staff of Any Injuries or Concerns
    This helps the instructor tailor the experience to your needs.


  • Silence Your Phone
    Help keep the space peaceful and distraction-free for everyone.


  • First Time on the Reformer
    If its If it's your first time on the reformer, we require you begin with our Foundations class or a private session
